Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx Ground and standard shipping charges include insurance. Delivery time varies depending on the items purchased and your location. Generally, FedEx ground delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are not guaranteed, unless you choose and pay for expedited services. Any delivery guarantees are per the FedEx policy for guaranteed delivery times. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address, including the correct zip code, to avoid any delay in processing your order.
We strive to process all orders within three business days. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email. You will have the choice to keep the order as placed, adjust your order to remove the backordered item or cancel the order. Please note, total shipping charges will not increase for split orders. Ordering items that are both in stock and out of stock can cause your order to delay in shipping until all items have arrived.
We cannot bill shipping charges to your carrier’s account number, or to a third party's carrier account number.
There will be a reshipment fee if the customer enters the incorrect shipping address on the order and we have to reship the package. This reshipment fee also applies if the customer is not in when FedEx attempts delivery and the package is returned to us. FedEx will make multiple attempts to deliver the package.
